@PghTransitCare why does PRT insist on sending short city P12 busses at busy times (e.g. 7:00 AM inbound and 5:00 PM outbound) when the busses are standing room only?

@PghTransitCare The biggest problem with overcrowding is on the P12 that leaves Holiday Park VFD around 7:04 AM and the Outbound P12s that arrive at Penn Station around 4:35 PM and 5:04 PM.
