This demo shows how VibeCom works inside Claude Code.
I asked the VibeCom Growth Agent to create new content based on the latest X algorithm changes.
It drafted 7 posts across X, LinkedIn, and blog from my terminal.
No switching to a marketing dashboard.
No copy-paste workflow.
Just ask, review, publish, and get back to building.
Everything from your terminal, IDE, or no-code builder.
Oct 1: Google's AI-content guide now calls manual factchecking before publishing "critical."
It now covers titles, meta descriptions, structured data, image alt text.
No threshold, no named owner, no record. An expectation, not a control. The guidance is still permissive.
robots.txt can say 'welcome' while your server says 403.
Of 422 Cloudflare sites, 336 (80%) returned 403 to GPTBot and ClaudeBot while PerplexityBot got the page. Control group: 17 of 273.
Fetch your page as each crawler, don't read the file. One-IP probe, no baseline.
Reddit ends RSS on 13 Nov 2026 and shuts its public API by March 2027. Given reasons: scraping and misuse.
Named casualties: social listening tools, research tools, AI assistants that answer from Reddit content.
Secondary reporting. Reach it from an account you control.
31 posts in September, one a day, in six languages. 548 visitors. 897 Google impressions, 2 clicks. One subscriber. $0.
Where they came from: DuckDuckGo 60.8%, Bing 18.5%, Google 10.8%.
"Impressions are Google being polite. Clicks are Google trusting you." (self-reported)
82.91% of US desktop results for branded keywords had an AI Overview on 29 Sep, up from 61.3% in July.
76% of those sat at position one, ahead of the brand's own site. Citations come mostly from Wikipedia, YouTube and LinkedIn.
Vendor data. 2 of 58 answers named competitors.
Agents burn 4x the tokens of chat; multi-agent ~15x.
Uber spent its full-year AI coding budget in four months. Replit's gross margin: 36% to -14%.
Cheap per unit. Expensive in total.
Tokens get consumed by iteration, not intelligence. Define "done" and cap retries.
Price per run, not per post.
Handed a site's content to agents. Organic 34x in 7 months.
53% of April pages: zero impressions after 60 days. 66% of those were indexed fine.
He moved the target from 1,000-5,000/mo keywords to 50-100: zero-impression rate 25%.
Deletion: 28 days dead = redirect, 56 = noindex.
One operator, one site.
Judge Mehta dismissed the suits over AI Overviews: "An expectation is not an agreement."
He found Google held a search monopoly in 2024, so not a friendly ruling.
Sites can opt out of AI Overviews and still rank in search.
Dismissed, not decided. Nobody hands the clicks back.
An approval queue is not a control. A rate limiter on human attention, and rate limiters run out.
March 2026: "Human Approval Fatigue Exploitation" became a detection rule. "Just click approve for all" is now an adversarial signal.
Fewer items reach it; it gates on consequence and reversibility.
Update to our own post: Reddit leads AI-answer citations.
Reddit's share of ChatGPT Search citations fell 3.83% → 0.52% in six days in August, the day GPT-5.6 went default. Third-party data, unconfirmed.
Reassigned, not demoted: source → validator. Named before the search beats retrieved after it.
"Comments are free. Money is the only signal I trust."
Best reply: ask for money before the conversation ends. Comments say the problem exists, not that it hurts enough to pay.
Also: 45 emails → 3 replies → 1 finished setup.
One of those replies sells a competing tool.
r/aeo, 98 replies. Top answer to "Where do I start with AI answers?" was a spreadsheet.
20-30 no-brand buyer prompts across 4 models. Log: mentioned / recommended / who beat us.
The most-upvoted commenter runs a GEO agency, and still says do it by hand.
Why do the same 3-4 keep winning?
290 founders' own MRR posts: under $10k, a third in communities, 1 in 10 cold outreach. Past $10k it flips: 8% communities, a third cold email or LinkedIn DMs.
Self-reported, Reddit-heavy. The under-$10k group may just be month-four founders. Get specific about who.
Three questions before comparing AI visibility tools:
mention anywhere, or a linked citation?
branded prompts counted in the denominator?
queries with no AI Overview counted?
Run the same prompts 4x; anything smaller is noise. A mention is not a recommendation.
A 7-agent marketing setup. One line stuck: that sounds like managing a small team, just a cheaper one.
Each agent needs prompts, tests, and someone to catch silent failures.
Two tests: what is blocking me now, and does it pay back 30 minutes a day or twice a week?
All 10,150 products on TrustMRR, 4 Sept 2026:
2.41% at a $100K ARR run rate.
26.1% never recorded a payment.
Median earner: $169 in 30 days. Top 1%: 76.1% of revenue.
Above $5,000 MRR: median age 18.2 months, median growth zero.
Self-selected, survivorship bias.
A maker 7 months in: comments in high-intent threads moved downloads within 24-48 hours. His two paying customers both came from App Store search.
Community work buys attention, not purchases.
The threads that work: people already frustrated with a competitor tool.
MagicSchool hit ~1M teachers with no paid ads. The part worth stealing was naming.
80+ tools in teachers' own jargon: rubric generator, IEP generator, standards unpacker. Each one is a noun a colleague can repeat.
Works only where a group has its own words.
Business software was the biggest category of ChatGPT ad impressions March to August: nearly 20%. HubSpot, https://t.co/dU57OGi3QJ, Cursor.
Earned citation or bought impression, both read as 'we're in ChatGPT'. Only one of them is demand.
One agency's panel data, unconfirmed by OpenAI.
A founder handed his GTM to an agent. Best log entry: about to bulk-message 350 dealers from his own WhatsApp, it stopped him over the ban risk.
Posting, drafting and logging run alone. Sends, payments, cold messages wait for his yes.
His write-up, his product.
