Stranded on Vashi Highway (5th Oct) because my MG Astor CVT had a wrong wrench in the toolkit! stepni was of no use.

Raised complaint on 9th Oct — still only getting robotic replies:
“We apologise.we’ll resolve in 24–48 hrs.”

@dgftindia Extremely Bad Experience using ICE Gate Portal to upload Documents for Export Custom Clearance. Portal keeps on Crashing 99% of the Times. After 100 Attempts once it logs in and portal shows your Bank Account exists with another IEC. Don't understand how is that.

pathetic service from Amazon @amazonIN customer service executives disconnecting the ongoing call without resolving the issue ordered air condition showing delivery time 23rd October and now there is no response from Amazon. Harshad and few other executives did the same thing.
