It's been over a month and my Kuhl fan issue is still not resolved

I bought these Kuhl Platin D6 fans a year ago and they have started to make weird noises. Raised 2 tickets so far through Kuhl app but your service personnel are closing tickets without visiting or fixing the issue. Horrible customer service

Make law that makes it compulsory for the children of all politicians, judicial officers and Govt employees to only study in Govt schools and colleges. That too through merit.

@1mgOfficial @TataCompanies That's nt even the point. Why r you holding 3300/- before picking up 1160/- worth of product that was sent incorrectly. I paid through wallet and I can't order again until this money is back in wallet. U also must ensure that I am able to use the exact amount to place a new order

@1mgOfficial @TataCompanies So the update I have from you is that you can't replace my order but give me a refund, but you won't give me a refund (3300/-) until you pick up Similac baby formula (worth 1160/-) which will take upto 48 hours. And it's still not assured that I can place an order today?
