@zomato @zomatocare I ordered egg fried rice from zomato. The tast was not good but when I reached out to customer care they did not help me. Instead they told they will try to enhance the quality. This is really pathetic and disturbing. I want help ASAP.

@SamsungMobile @SamsungIndia I have a samsung a15 5g mobile. Recently I installed an update. Since then some part of the display has stopped working. This thing is really not acceptable. I purchased it from my hard earned money and now again I have to invest 5k to fix it.

@CRED_club @CRED_club Even after paying the EMI I am still receiving reminders from CRED to pay the EMI or else it will impact my cibil. This is not acceptable at all. Pathetic customer service. I need a callback or else I will take legal actions against CRED.

@CRED_club I took a small amount from cred in april and the emi was 885 rupees which was deducted from my account on 2nd may. Since then it has been showing over due. When I tried contacting support they asked me to wait. And the repayment is still stuck from cred’s end.

@CRED_club still no resoltuion. If it will impact my cibil then I will take legal actions against CRED. This is completely not acceptable. The money is already debited around a month ago but it is still not deposited by Cred. Pathetic customer service.

@CRED_club I raised this concern on 24th of may and its been almost a week but I did not find any proper solution. When I am trying to pay the second emi it is not allowing me to do the same. And it’s been around a month since this issue occured.

@CRED_club it’s been almost 2 dast and there is no proper resolution. I am being told that I will get resolution as soon as possible. But it is not resolved yet. This is really pathetic. Money is already debited from my account but still i have to face this kind is issue.

@CRED_club this is pathetic and totally not acceptable after paying the amount. I will surely take legal action if my cibil gets impacted. It’s been around a month & the emi is not settled from your end and still it is showing over due at my end. What is my fault?

@Swiggy @SwiggyCares when I tried to have a conversation with the support then they are saying I have to order the food which comes under non discounted. When I asked to provide refund in swiggy waleet then the agent told me that he is transferring my chat and left.

@Swiggy @SwiggyCares I order from swiggy on 10th. In that order 1 item was missing. Whin I raised complaint I was given a 155 rupees coupon which I can use while ordering from the same outlet. When I am trying to order today then that coupon is not applicable.

@reliancejio @JioCare My internet is not working at all and the application myjio is also not working. Even after paying 800 rupees I am not getting the services which we deserve. This is very disappointing.
