My father has transferred Rs. 1000 to my sister's account through UPI on 28 Jul 23 but it is not received yet.

I have called @TheOfficialSBI customer care number of times but no resolution yet.

So there is no process to raise a dispute against Txn, as amount has not been credited.

And you are suggesting the customer to go to another bank to check Txn why not credited.

Is this the real process?
