Today - Got a call from technician and i informed him to come by 5. Have been calling him from 4 pm - no answer.

I am not even sure what to do now.

How to lose a customer feat @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence .

14th Apr - My broadband stopped working so i raised a complaint (req id - 10409636886)

15th apr - No response. Called their customer care and they said they will look into it.

20th apr - called cc and asked to speak to superior. He commited that issue will be resolved by day’s end. Technician visited and said whole line is to be changed and he doesn’t have wire. Said someone will come on 21st and surely resolve the issue.

21st Apr - no action

@TheTravelius Awful service. They just won’t pick up the calls once you have paid the token amount. We struggled throughout time when we were dealing with them. Just avoid them if you want to avoid nightmares during your trip.

@EurekaForbes My service request number is CM-310723-12583216. I raised a service request on 1st Aug 2023 due to some water leakage as well as for filter replacement but still till date no technician has contacted me or come for maintenance. Customer care also can't answer.

Have been after airtel to pick my modem after disconnecting the fiber broadband. It’s been 20 days and around 7 customer calls but still the answer is “tomorrow someone will come and pick up the modem”. Is it rhat difficult? @airtelindia
