Very conveniently they cancel the order after 1 hour so that they don't have to give the pizza and bear the refund charge
Why do you callout guarantee delivery within 45min when you can't deliver at all and inform the customer an hourate after waiting

Bad service. Rather switch to some other internet player.

@JioCare Extremely Poor customer care service, I spoke to 2 executives and they could not help solve my problem. They said my data pack was over and I recharged from the App but very poor speed. They could not even check the transaction ID I was sharing with them. Will switch.
