Poor response team @AkasaAir @Akasa_Care cancelled my flight due to medical reason (unfit to travel) on 15th sep and shared supported docs for claiming cancellation charges on medical ground. I was informed that team will reach out in 24-48 hrs but still no answer!

I paid such a huge amount for these and I don’t think I am going to purchase any more of these in future if such a big brand is going to have this much quality issues. Would request @Crocs @CrocsIndia to take some action on it and provide some resolution for my concern

@Crocs @CrocsIndia Bought pair of crocs from pacific mall Tagore garden area in west delhi (crocs store) and it’s not been 2 years and rubber material at the top of left pair has torn off which is not at all expected from such big brand that too if you have to pay such hefty amt

@flyspicejet worst flight experience , unnecessary delays and no answer from the management . Took flight SG535 from Bangalore to delhi and flight was supposed to leave at 10:30 pm, it’s 12:10am already and no info on the flight take off. Never opting for this flight in future

Friend's dad's O2 is falling bet 85-81 Concentrator he has is not functioning well n is able to take spo2 to 88 max

His 5kg O2 cylinder will run out in 1.5hrs max
