@ravihanda @DeepXP Pet owners are okay paying fines for their negligence but some people will just exaggerate it so much as if they are all just waiting for an excuse to blame it on some human since they can’t blame on the animal because can’t pay right? Had this been a stray animal, suppose a cow.
