At society level: No training/fines by govt/law to nurture civic sense.

At psychology level: Caste+class hierarchies plus a general bhadralok obsession with purity. Almost every class/caste thinks empty packaging, pet bottles are jootha and can't be kept in their bags after use. Also it's beneath them to clean up - only the ones below them in the hierarchy/status will pick it up and dispose.

Have even heard the argument in a train by an uncle that he's creating employment of a cleaner's job by littering.

NBDSA ने फ़ाइन किया है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट की कई टिप्पणियाँ हैं। मुकेश अंबानी का नाम लेकर अपील करनी चाहिए। फिर जनता के बीच जाकर हर भाषण में इन चैनलों और अख़बारों के बारे में बताना चाहिए। हर रैली और हर पदयात्रा में। अगर इतना नहीं कर सकते तो फिर घर में रहिए। जो गोदी मीडिया से नहीं लड़ रहा है वो लड़ ही नहीं रहा है। बाक़ी सब ख़ानापूर्ति है।
