After multiple followups, 1+ could only offer 20% discount for a known manufacturing/display defect that deserves free replacement.
This is unacceptable. I will now be moving forward with legal action in consumer court.

Didn't expect that behaviour from 1+. Got green line on screen when visited center was denying first then claimed that screen damage but no one could see that until zoom to 10-20x and scratches from nails by their staff then also just minor scratch.
@onepluscareIN@onepluscareIN Today oneplus representative reached out to me that they can't help with resolution other than that but wanted me to not proceed with escalation or legal rights? This is what I was expecting with this type of irresponsible company n management.

@onepluscareIN@onepluscareIN that is fine but I'll take my complaint back only after getting my screen replacement, aonif it gets replaced before any action from legal entities, then it is fine to me. Or else will move forward with legal compliances

@onepluscareIN I have given every reason above with photos and still these guys are giving same in dm. We all know this is the existing screen issue everywhere and just giving excuses for don't have to replace. I would request @onepluscareIN either don't sell phone or give service, not execuse
According to your representative this is the damaged that's why it can't be replaced and this photo has been taken on 3x and just for information this is visible this much even after multiple scratches from her from her nails.
