What’s one thing you really want to do for your parents, but they just wouldn’t agree?
For the longest time, it was to encourage my parents to move to a high protein diet and start working out.
Thankfully they agreed 👍
In your business, you want predictable revenue streams. You need to be able to go to your CFO and ask them to create a financial model for the future of the business.
When you have predictable revenue streams, the CFO quickly understands what products you sell and for how much and can create an easy forecast for the future.
That way, you can see exactly how your business is going to perform, grow, expand, and become more profitable.
What NOT to do with clients:
❌Don’t ghost.
❌Don’t overpromise.
❌Don’t say “yes” to everything.
❌Don’t ignore red flags.
❌Don’t chase clients who drain you.
The fastest way to lose good clients is by trying to please the bad ones.
