Repeat after me: India is NOT a super app country.
I’ve said this forever now as our China-obsession led all advice pointing towards building super apps that we have so many dead bodies of now!
If you are a multi app company, launch them separately — that’s the way :)
Not at all surprised by Instamart going stand alone app way!
@ganeshunwired I am in Textile Department pf IIT Delhi, and most of our machines in lab is imported from other countries, by this logic: IITs are also a Chinese product 😭😂
I often get asked this question.
Here is how you should look at qcomm.
1) It is just like GT (general trade aka your local kirana store), but online and on steroids.
2) You need to have some validation in GT world to do well on qcomm.
3) Let's say you don't have above two then you should have a good brand recall in the category in online.
Remember unlike Amazon where people do some research before buying here buying is on impulse.
So it is essentially a "Pull channel" than a "push channel".
Don't list here to validate ideas, yoh will lose a lot of money very fast.
List only skus that you know can move fast.
@KrishantSethia Web 3 applications are quite different than just crypto. It’s wide. It’s useful and at the same time futuristic. Imagine someone in the Web1 era telling you about cloud services or peer to peer connection, one would be clueless at that point time. So it’s just the same.
