Dear @CRED_club and @MyIndusIndBank — unable to update my email ID for my credit card despite multiple emails, repeated customer care attempts (calls disconnect abruptly), and even raising a complaint. The card also doesn’t appear in the INDIE by IndusInd Bank app.

@myvoltas Not happy with the customer support experience. I raised a query for new AC registration (Req ID: 26042576251). The ODU is showing in my account but the IDU is missing. The agent assured a senior would call back within 30 minutes—no response so far. Please look into it.

@letsblinkit Really disappointed with the experience on my pickup order #ORD68940772844. The rider was loud, spoke in a very unprofessional manner, and even pretended to call the store manager to try cancelling the pickup. Yet not showing pickup completed.
Really disappointed with @airtelindia AirFiber. Speed drops almost every day during peak hours. What’s the point of paying for high-speed plans if you can’t deliver consistent service?

Hey @ZeptoNow, don’t show 5-minute delivery if you can’t deliver in 1 hour. Your delivery associate is asking me to cancel, there’s no cancel option on my end, and customer support keeps parroting the same useless generic responses. This is misleading, frustrating.
@nuegoindia It’s really unfair that your bus didn’t wait even 5 mins for a slight passenger delay, while your services are often delayed by 30–60 mins. On top of that, the ticket tracking doesn’t work properly. Please ensure consistency and better customer support.

@airtelindia I paid the required dues to switch my Airtel Black plan to a non-DTH plan, and was told I’d get a callback to dismantle the DTH connection. It’s been days and no response yet. Please resolve this asap.
