The cookie crumbled at The Oval in England. Team India lost another ICC/World Cup tournament. As is always the case, many blamed the selection, the amount of cricket we play, IPL, poor call by umpires etc etc. Very few talked about the team's inability to perform under pressure.

So along revamping our selection process, cleaning out the roster, BCCI should incorporate mental health coaching for everyone. Bring back Paddy Upton. Create evaluation apprehension for players. Introduce the element of consequence.
