My car is still being unaddressed for soc issue which is there since April 2023. No one has come upto to a solution It's a shame for Tata for having such neglect attitude

Nexon Ev is good car but tata loses its credibility to such customer care service .

@Tatamotorsev How much time is needed. Since April I'm having soc issues and the car has been serviced by u guys more than 5 times ,me nearly losing 38 days ..now the same issue again cropped up. Is there research going on my vehicle ?

For the above issue car goes in service station stays for 7 days or so n returned..with more dirtied interiors n greased hands n even I got a dent on left fender which is still not been repaired. Soc issue hasn't been solved

My Nexon EV is repeatedly having soc problem. I have been repeatedly requesting panchjanya bhosari for resolution. They arent responding nor is tata motors service . Its a shame in view of such service. Please replace my vehicle

@Tatamotorsev Nobody from customer car ev is ready to respond properly to my issue. No i hv received any bill or invoice regarding battery change. Whether really was battery changed or is just a scam.

9 MAY nexon ev delivered with ?new battery.(no invoice no bill issued)18 may Nexon ev suffered battery issue again. Sudden change in soc fm 79%to 100% in few secs .Dont know wht have they done to my car.please replace my
