I had given my car post registering insurance claim and got rejected.

Now they the car is kept in the workshop with no work required on it. And these insurance guys taking 3 DAYS to drop back the car within the same city.

You people should be ashamed of the way customers suffer because of horrible experience with Acko.

There are many who have complained about such irresponsible, unprofessional and preposterous behaviour of claim agents.

But damage has been done, I got my vehicle after 3 days, which should ve received earliest by Sat.

It’s unbelievable that it takes 3 days for a drop.
The workshop guy was also shocked to hear this.

Even one of the toll free agents told me max it takes just one day

I’m sure, you are aware about fighter jets drills or whatever they do in Pune.

Good for you and the people of our country and I’m totally with you in this.

BUT 11 PM is not time to do this??

I have a 6 month old kid and these jets almost give feeling of earthquake.
