Is making customers go in loops their hack to not going forward with credit limit increase requests?

This shouldn't be so difficult.
Phone banking representatives in @AxisBank are so dumb. They do not understand how remote jobs work for people working in India for a foreign company.
The bank is continuously making me jump between phone banking, email and branch visits to solve one issue.
Moreover, nobody in @AxisBankSupport team can help me update these details and neither their website or mobile app have the option to view/update these details.
How am I supposed to move forward with this simple request?

is the feature under-utilized because it is not a desired feature, or is it under-utilized because of low-functionality?
that is the question! adding a βsearchβ feature seems simple enough, no? so, why not improve the feature that exists within the app?

@rentomojo As a long term customer of your offerings, this is by far the worst experience. Take your products back and stop extorting money from me due to your internal communication issues.
@rentomojo probably has the worst service in the market of rental furniture. I have been a customer for years and have constantly been frustrated with how they deal with any request.

They intentionally stagger product deliveries over multiple days and send multiple delivery agents for delivery. Each delivery agent asks for hefty tips to do their job. Iβm not against tipping but the harassment of multiple deliveries piles up these tips.
@1mgOfficial Wasting an hour day after day to get something as important as health checkups and blood tests on time is not a joke, nor is it something to be taken as lightly as your supports agents do.
Outsourced customer support is the worst.
These support agents do not care for the customer or the company.
Fake/Generic copy pasted apologies and assurances DO NOT SOLVE THE CUSTOMERS PROBLEM.
For the last 3 days i have been facing the same issue with @1mgOfficial. I have booked blood tests which require 8-12hrs of fasting. The phlebotomist is always late. 7-8am does not mean 8:30am. It crosses my fasting time and screws the reports.
