@JeffBezos Hello, it's wonderful to see how amazon is trying to move ahead with new ideas but at the same time there are many things to look into. I have given all the possible chances to amazon for one of the issue I had with a phone I ordered and amazon has made my life hell.

And about amazon Gift Card balance this has created a lot of trouble for me. It is too rigid to be honest and there is no flexibility in the policy and procedures. I know one customer would not make any difference for amazon.@JeffBezos
