My @Ford Focus has been sitting at the dealership since Nov. 2021 waiting for a new TCM. Finally gets fixed last week after I blast them on FB messenger…only to find out the battery is dead since it was sitting there for over a year. They want me to pay over $200 🤡. Insane.

You’d think that @Ford, a billion dollar company, would do something to make this right. I didn’t have a car for 5 months and then eventually could not live like that and had to spend thousands on a new one at a time when cars were virtually unavailable for a reasonable price.
