This is why I'm thankful for the delicate balancing act that the Abaxx team has managed re: financing. Most new retail holders don't appreciate how careful the team has been $ABXX $ABXXF
The impact of a bad financing deal short term is what I am discussing. I would add that choosing to do a bad financing deal is either a sign of the company having limited financing alternatives, desperation, financial markets incompetence, or poor advice from the companies financial markets advisors which in my mind are each negative to the long term of the companies involved
Not sure a debate b/t @AIMhonesty and @JoshCrumb is really necessary. It will just be two sides talking past each other. Somebody either believes trading data is fraudulent or not. This is only solved with @MAS_sg getting involved ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ $ABXX.TO
@DTizzle657@JoshCrumb I understand what Viceroy's strategy is here, which is to ragebait Josh and spread fear. That being said, these claims require regulators to get involved as it undermines the legitimacy of Singapore as a financial hub, which they will not take kindly to.
@JoshCrumb Viceroy's claim of fraudulent wash trading likens Abaxx to Enron or Theranos. There is no debate, a PR laying out the involvement of regulators is important to convey that the company is not hiding anything. It's a question of trust, not just for shareholders but the wider public
@JoshCrumb@AIMhonesty@MAS_sg That's great to hear, I look forward to their input. I think an Abaxx press release laying out the situation and the steps taken to contact MAS etc would reassure shareholders. Viceroy's claims are extreme and I think are deserving of a crisis response beyond Twitter engagement.
@PKsNYC@abaxx_tech@JoshCrumb I'll be doing a thread on @PKsNYC. I'm all for anonymity, but not when the person is more relevant to the story than they wish to avoid...being long or short isn't one of them...being materially conflicted is. I think you know what I mean :-)
@haloaerospace@NotoriousBaggie IMHO this is only settled with MAS getting involved. An official statement from the company/board is just another he-said she-said situation. Trust will be restored (or destroyed) when the regulator publishes its stance. Twitter is just toxic noise rn...
@nobenchmark@AIMhonesty@JoshCrumb Joking aside, the Singaporeans aren't asleep at the wheel like the SEC is. I look forward to getting outside verification of the integrity of the exchange.
@SpitfireZ44@_riskFULL@AIMhonesty He couldn't be bothered to notify extended family (aunt/uncle) of a neglected child he was supposed to care for.

Apparently we have no need to contact the regulators about our 'slop'.
Too late @JoshCrumb, we contacted them & other authorities before we published.
$ABXX.TO has refused to explain how this cannot be wash trading? Convenient timing, during a 'live' forum...don't you think?
