@YellowLabLife $SGML resource is reported same as $PMET under NI 43-101 which is usually higher standard than JORC. $LTR market cap fetches US$4B, comparably $SGML is heavily discounted, its market cap is US$1.5B
@elonmusk I highly recommend sale price in China should end in “58” or “98” to fit in Chinese culture. Prices ended in “9” is good for western countries but not preferred in China.
BYD selling prices end with “98”.
@alojoh In 2023, Chinese new year was in January, so makes monthly comparison uglier. Should look at year to date NEV sales, China actually is up 38% yoy.
@alojoh First quarter in China is always the weakest sale season due to Chinese new year holiday. In fact, Retail NEV sales for January and February 2024, are up 38%!
@CarlCapolingua Don’t forget even at current price, Chinese lithium price is still down by 80%. How hard it fell, how quickly it will bounce. Minimum RMB 150k short term.
@D_Jimenez_Sch Some said lithium prices are likely to bounce after Chinese new year (next week), like what happened to iron ore prices during late 2015/early 2016.
@CarlCapolingua If you rode the bubble early, that would be great. But most asx U stocks have already up 10-20 times over last 3 years. You don’t wanna be caught at the top!
@Andr_rej Probably need to compare world class deposits, not small projects. LTR 170Mt, market cap A$6B. PMT, fully diluted market cap is A$2.3b. Given very thick interval and large scale, $2.3b valuation is not expensive, imo.
@emil_jens He referred to Goulamina $LLL,
“We already invested in Goulamina in Mali, and we are now speeding up the construction. We have also invested in some smaller, earlier stage projects in Africa. We’re going to do exploration. We think there’s good opportunities in Africa.”
@Thematicafunds BTW, so many BS are being spread re how many new good lithium projects are being constructed/planned in China… Just like BYD bought six lithium mines in Africa last June.
@Thematicafunds It’s a bit smoke. Zhicun was only established in August 2021. They dubbed themselves as largest battery grade lithium carbonate producer in China, more funny part is they stated, they signed 60ktpa LCE and 20ktpa LCE projects and all were built and started producing within a year
@giginator_ It's the most ridiculous comparison. Leo Lithium DFS used lithium price is US$978/ton which is about 84% discounted to the spot price (~US$6,000/t). Liontown DFS used price US$1,392/ton. Also Leo and Liontown are funded to construction.
@EvanCranston@BettingBruiser It’s not a small amount of shares, 18m shares plus 18m warrants, or equivalent 180m PMT shares at 6.6c per CDI, 180m options with strike price at around 8.1c per CDI. That’s over 1,000% profit for 12 months, and around 38% dilution.
@SteveSilver18@Stockrocker_ASX there’re 18m cheap shares (at CAD61.2c or 180m PMT shares at AUD 6.6c per share) to hit the market on 22 December 2022, plus 180m options with strike price CAD75c or AUD 6.6 per PMT. That’s massive cheap shares to come. $PMET $PMT
