DEFINITELY not our previous experience with @DisneyParks, so I’m hopeful that @ESPNWWOS will embody their Disney name and step up to the plate. It was a very expensive trip from IN to FL, and one we plan to make again. Hopefully under different circumstances.

Sorely disappointed in our experience at @ESPNWWOS. Came for baseball, got rained out, no shirts due to machine down (and staff was rude about it) and wrong photos back. Our friend got 4 park hopper passes, and our family wasn’t even offered any. What poor customer service!

Rain can’t be controlled, but how we treat others can and should. We played a 4:00 and 7:00 game, and the Grill and shop in the center were closed between games. Sent us on a wild goose chase for shirts, only to be turned away again...lovely venue, but poor customer relations.
