Driving a @Tesla in Europe is fun and works well (will be even better with FSD) … BUT, there is one very common and annoying issue that really needs to be addressed.

Crossing country borders, especially for those who live close to the borders is extremely annoying because connectivity is often lost and can only be regained quickly by doing a two-button reset on the move.

This is really a big issue because you also lose navigation while the connection is lost and happens so frequently this is becoming the unofficial standard practice. I’ve heard from many European @Tesla owners that they really wish there was a better solution and it would make ownership and driving a much better experience.

Hopefully @teslaeurope and @Tesla can figure out and offer some kind of software update to eliminate this frequent customer complaint issue!

The Ibérico pig spends its final months eating acorns.

Not as a boutique indulgence, but for ancient land management. The dehesa, the oak woodland savannah of southwestern Spain and Portugal, has been grazed by pigs for at least two thousand years. The pigs eat the acorns, the acorns are the seed crop of the cork and holm oaks, and the pig's rooting aerates the soil and suppresses scrub, keeping the woodland open and productive.

The fat that results from this acorn feeding is exceptionally high in oleic acid: the same monounsaturated fat that makes olive oil the darling of every cardiologist at a Mediterranean diet conference.

Jamón ibérico de bellota has a better fatty acid profile than most olive oil.

It also tastes like something carved from a particularly good dream.

The Spanish classified it as a health food. Then ate it. Then lived long lives. Nobody held a press conference.

@FatimaAntero @i_melosampaio Nao percebo porque uma vez que aqui na Holanda com receita médica nunca paguei por um medicamento na farmácia, estão incluídos no seguro básico. Os únicos medicamentos que se pagam são coisas como paracetamol ou outros medicamentos sem receita que se compras nas drogarias

@homemdasteclas @TessaSimoes23 E que bem que está a correr (só que não). Basicamente não há casas disponíveis para alugar. As rendas aumentaram, pelo menos na cidade onde vivo, significativamente. Diz que as rendas são controladas, mas não todas, só em casas consideradas de habitação social.

Here’s a life hack I’ve just learned. If you hold down the space bar on your iPhone and slide to the left it moves the cursor. The amount of times I’ve had to rewrite words because I’ve gotten a letter wrong! Partly why there are so many mistakes in my tweets. Go on. Give it a go
