CA does try to enact laws to make it easier but even me, with experience and an MA, the CTC will have me pay for more schooling and won't guarantee me the credential, I must complete EdTPA.

This just seems like a bit much.

I'm genuinely still astounded at how many hoops prospective teachers must go through, especially in CA, when we have a pretty severe teacher shortage.

CA has a severe andteacher shortage. I am trying my damnedest to get into the public school system but my credential will be $24K.

Now, CA is (🤞🏻) potentially covering up to $20K as I'm working at a priority school but I need to pay about $5.5K in the next four days.

It has taken me mos to ask for help. I'm returning to school to warm my credential so I can work on the public school system. I need help with my tuition for the first two terms so I've created a GoFundMe.

So mental health...
While we're getting traction when it comes to spreading awareness and education around mental health, I still think the general population isn't aware of how impactful our mental health is to our lives.

I am just now learning to accept that and somehow get back on my feet all while trying to build a plan of action should I be overwhelmed with really bad days, weeks or months.

Se me hace difícil entender cómo es posible manejar un trabajo de 8a a 5p, mi negocio, más la organización de todas mis redes de mi negocio.

No es imposible pero si me cuesta mucho organizarme bien. Pronto llegaré al más alto nivel de organización. ¡Ya lo estoy visualizando!
