India needs serious administrative reform. The unchecked concentration of power in DMs and district police leadership has failed to deliver clean, accountable governance. People are losing patience with delays, harassment and corruption.

Power must shift from individual officers to transparent systems, local accountability, independent audits and citizen-first service delivery.

No democracy can run on fear of officials. Governance must serve citizens, not control them.
