@GMB @GMB Am trustee of small charity Friends Of Kagando (rural hospital in Uganda). We do not take a single penny, on the contrary over the years we’ve not only supported the hospital & community in different ways, but 3 of us worked there for several yrs all in voluntary capacity.

Nurses Merecy & Joshua crossed rickety bridge to reach Bughunju Camp. Over 300 people made homes from palm leaves & sticks, sharing 1pit latrine. Drinking dirty river water . Women use palm leaves & fibres 4 menstrual pads. Tomorrow the nurses returning with provisions.
