Why does it sometimes stall for a second or two at the end of some rounds?

Fun fact: the Solana on-chain clock is completely messed up.

Sometimes the on-chain clock is up to 8 seconds behind local time.

This makes a huge difference in round resolution timing, and there's nothing we can really do to "fix" it. The solution we found is to fetch the time offset between local and on-chain time before the round starts, then derive round start and end times using that offset.

I know nobody really cares or reads this, but I've been fighting these damn clocks for two days on the 15m markets and slightly improved the existing round resolutions for the 1m ones
