@toxiganda@theoldzealand Why was it arbitrary? It was to overturn a wrong decision and replace with the correct one - if VAR called for a deliberate handball to overturn a goal not only would the original decision be reversed, the player would be booked - this is the same?
@ibroxrocks We’ve now entered a world where we are told not to believe what our eyes are (or aren’t) telling us and just trust a sensor that’s been getting booted about for up to an hour and a half that it definitely doesn’t have a fault… didn’t realise Royal Mail had taken over FIFA
@grahamb2105@atcolin Maybe from the stands but Stein, Ferguson, Jim McLean and Walter were all involved in the Scotland set-up between McLeod and Roxburgh and there’s not many in Scottish football history that achieved more or drove standards harder than them.
@tandemar Have you considered that he may have encoded these revelations via the mistakes he’s made in his books over the years, like a demented Enigma machine?
@Craig_Dennett He’s literally pulling his leg back to shoot… straight on goal on the edge of the box, how is it not DOGSO when they’re giving those for people getting fouled on the halfway line?
@Bobmcphail1872@RFC_Michael_ For me it’swhen the on field referee asks if they’re sure because he can see some blood on the Motherwell player’s calf and they dismiss it as “glancing contact”
@Bobmcphail1872 Don’t disagree with any of that but the manager hasn’t helped his cause with the substitutions today. Gassama is a waste of a shirt on the right flank and both strikers had ran themselves into the ground with Miovski left on the bench.
@Rangers_Spares_ Takes the sting out the ball and it looked like it shifted the direction as well. It’s unlucky as fuck, but we’d be screaming for it at the other end as well. I’m
more pissed off that we spend all our time arguing about it and don’t get back to clear the rebounds
@hampson_d@joe_yer99@vuecinemas The manager of Vue won’t be anywhere near the place at 1am… their shift managers will but trust me they won’t be getting paid that much more than the people cleaning nacho cheese spills off the floor.
@joe_yer99@vuecinemas 20 years ago I was a shift manager for UGC cinemas in the city centre and my last duty every night I worked was to arrange taxis home for the staff working on the close that the company paid for. I doubt Glasgow’s much safer at night now. Guy is a fud.
@mcklennox79 I’ve just logged in this morning clueless, clicked a link to read it and then looked it up through the website myself because I assumed it must be made up… I’ve never seen anything like that!
