@SoFi is a sleazy bank that does bait and switch for their personal loans. When you complain they tell you to call 800 number to talk with someone in the Philippines which is useless. Ask for a manager and they can't do anything either. Had me apply 3xs with worse terms.

@Philips originally bought a Diamondclean toothbrush 9300 and it didnt charge out of the box. Contacted warranty since then I've gotten 2 handles and 1 charger sent to me and none of them charge! What gives?
