@awakeandseeing I am intrigued by the term allowed to apply. You sound as if Canadians are not allowed to apply. Well that is not the case. Everyone applies, who deems the job fit and the one who deserves it, gets it.
@KanwarSierah Please correct me if I am wrong. Is recruiting students from India to attend Universities abroad illegal in any way? What I understand, applying for visa needs a regulated consultant, but not for applying to a college.
