@JioCare I lost my phone with Jio SIM. I’ve filed an FIR & went to the Jio Store (Lakhimpur Kheri) for a SIM replacement.
They’re asking ₹350 just because my alternate number is inactive. I’ve provided FIR & ID proof.
Isn’t the SIM replacement supposed to be free in such cases?

The Jio Store staff refusing service without valid reason and demanding ₹350 unfairly is disappointing and unacceptable. Customers deserve transparency and fair treatment, not exploitation.

If this is not resolved, I will be forced to file a complaint with TRAI.

Delivery agent didn't call/message me a single time. Now the package is returned. I have booked it for Pay On Delivery अगर इसे वापस ही करना होता तो मैं कल इसका पेमेंट क्यों करता !

@SBICard_Connect customer care have called me & I said to surrender my card. On this they said if u don't close your card, we can free it from yearly maintenance charges.
Now u deducted ₹1899 in the name of CPP.
Who authorised u to book CPP.
I want my money back otherwise see u in consumer court
