@GBAChiefComm@GBA_office BWSSB dug up road for pipes almost 3-4 mths back and it has never got fixed. Complaints raised has been unattended. What is the SLA to lay the road back after digging it up? Complaint 21096836 16Apr while work was completed almost 2 months before that.
@airindia@airindia Yes it departed but the way rescheduling of missed flights was handled at Mumbai airport, I cant express. It was horrible. I am sure this was not the unique experience for airline. They just made all passengers run around here & there. Anyways reached Banhalore now!!
