Hey @AirIndiaX , your IVR isn't taking any inputs at the moment. First step asks to press 1 for English, but keeps saying input hasn't been given even after pressing multiple times. Tried from multiple phones and numbers, same condition.

@AirIndiaX Will share. But can you check if your IVR is working or not at this very moment? I believe there is some backend outage there. Just a correction, the first step actually asks to press 1 for Domestic travel (not language option).
