I request your immediate intervention regarding a vehicle that continues to be registered in my name despite being sold nearly three years ago. The buyer was provided with all necessary documents but has failed to complete the ownership transfer. During this period, the vehicle has been involved in multiple traffic violations, for which I should not be held liable. I have repeatedly reported this issue through emails and other channels, yet no effective action appears to have been taken. As the registered owner on record, I request the concerned authorities to trace the vehicle, take appropriate action against the current possessor, and prevent any further misuse. The vehicle is being operated unlawfully without a transfer of ownership, I request that it be seized in accordance with applicable laws. I have always complied with legal requirements and should not be subjected to continued liability and stress due to another individual’s failure to follow the law. Kindly acknowledge and advise on the action being taken.

The problem with @reliancejio is the call to their customer care goes unanswered by any executive, their @JioCare centres around town claim they have no power to cancel subscriptions and redirect us to the helpline number which goes unanswered! A vicious loop to trap people!
