@airindiain Did not expect this behaviour from the national carrier. One can excuse mismanagement, but this disregard to customer service and the entitlement shown by the staff is highly disappointing. I'm sure you don't care, but you've definitely lost a customer in me today.

@airindiain To top it, we were told to complain online as they don't need to give us any justification. They were even rude to the senior citizen travelling with us, all because we asked for a valid justification of why our paid pre allocated seats are being changed. (2/2)

@airindiain worst experience of customer service today on the flight to Lucknow AI 411. We are not being even allowed to get to our chosen seats, printed on the boarding pass, and instead this is how seat allocation is done. (1/2)
