It’s honestly unbelievable how @CEATtyres is handling this.
A clearly defective tyre on my Himalayan 450, multiple follow-ups, proof shared, and still no solution. no response from 1 month don’t purchase ceat tyre’s
To everyone reading this:
Avoid @CEATtyres . Worst after-sales experience ever.
Choose brands that actually care.
it’s been a month still my issues is not resolved.
Still no response from @CEATtyres.My issue is completely ignored after following all their so-called “process”
Rear tyre on my Himalayan 450 cracked & scrubbed at 11k km clear manufacturing defect
But CEAT wants me to pay upfront and “maybe” reimburse later.
Absolutely pathetic.
I strongly recommend NOT buying @CEATtyres .
Terrible after-sales service. If something goes wrong, you’re on your own.
So many better brands out there don’t risk your safety.
After everything emails, calls, tweets my issue with @CEATtyres is still not resolved.
rear tyre on my Himalayan450 had a clear manufacturing defect(cracked & scrubbed at just 11,000 km)and they’re still asking me to pay upfront No proper support, no accountability, just silence
@CEATtyres It’s honestly shocking how you’ve handled this entire situation. I’ve raised a genuine complaint, shared proof, taken your calls, followed every instruction and still, no resolution.
This isn’t just poor service it’s straight-up disrespect to customers who trusted your brand.
I’m done waiting. Video is in the works. Paid promotion is next.
Let’s see how many riders still choose @CEATtyres after seeing what real customer support looks like.
@CEATtyres Still no reply to this tweet. I’ve shared details, picked up your calls, followed every step and you’re still asking me to pay upfront for YOUR manufacturing defect?
No accountability. No ownership. No resolution.
If this isn’t resolved, I will take this public with a detailed video and paid ads to make sure others don’t make the same mistake.
Maybe it’s time @MRFWorldwide teaches @CEATtyres how to actually support customers.
@CEATtyres This is beyond disappointing. Your customer service is now saying I need to pay the full amount upfront and might get reimbursed after inspection even though this is clearly a manufacturing fault.
And now you’re telling me you’ll only cover based on “percentage used”? That’s completely unfair. This is not wear & tear this is bad quality. I want a full replacement. Stop passing the blame and take responsibility.
Hi @CEATtyres I’ve already sent all the details you asked for via DM still no proper resolutionI’ve called your helpline countless times yet nothing has been done If this issue isn’t resolved immediately I’ll be making a full video on this and run paid ads to warn other riders
@CEATtyres I’m beyond frustrated with the way you’re handling genuine complaint My Himalayan 450 rear CEATtyre is cracked and scrubbed on one side the bike has run just 11k km and now it’s wobbling dangerously I raised a complaint followed up via mail all I get is visit the shop.
even @MRFWorldwide seems like a far better and more reliable option.
Fix this immediately, or lose trust from real riders who once believed in your brand.
Honestly, I’m done being patient. I’m planning to post a detailed video on Instagram, where I’ve been getting great reach lately — and I’ll make sure every Himalayan 450 and Dominar owner sees this.
If this is how you handle customer safety, people need to know. At this point,
