Let’s vote like our children’s futures depend on it. 🗳✊🏾

The African Methodist Episcopal Church added their voices to the long list of public health, social justice, religious and civil rights orgs urging action to eliminate flavored tobacco products, including menthol cigarettes.
Thank you, @AMEChurchOff!

“Love the people”. This is the advice you’ll receive from pastors of a certain age/era.
And they couldn’t be more correct. There is fruitfulness in ministry when you “love the people”.
I recently spoke with Rev. Jackson and his phenomenal team to raise awareness about the importance of eliminating flavored tobacco products as a means to drastically improve public health outcomes.
I look forward to ongoing conversations and a great partnership on this issue.
A word from my childhood, “Molly-wop”.
Molly-wop (verb, “ed” indicates past tense): to execute a devastating, yet artfully effective strategy to overcome your adversary, rendering him/her ineffective.
Used in a sentence: “Kamala Harris Molly-wopped Donald Trump tonight”.
Politics aside, there is just something so embarassing about the basic move of crying cheating when really, you lost. We've all seen it on the playgrounds of our childhoods. It's just a special kind of pathetic in a grown man
I’m nervous because I know the media will make a huge deal of any slight flub by Biden while allowing a rapist convicted felon to stand on stage and lie to the American people unchecked for an hour and a half.
