• WhatsApp Business accounts related to IT Ministry were used to disseminate messages from PM Narendra Modi, a clear misuse of government resources for election campaigning. This not only violates the MCC but also infringes upon data privacy.
• Use of an Indian Air Force helicopter by PM Modi to attend an election rally in Chilakaluripet, Andhra Pradesh shows the ruling party's disregard for protocols & norms.
• The legal notice sent by Pune’s Nirbhay Bano Manch to the ECI, urging the removal of PM Modi's pictures from public, government, and semi-government places to ensure fair campaigning hasn’t seen any action.

This scenario reflects a compromised umpire, where those responsible for ensuring fair play seem to be turning a blind eye to blatant violations.
