@arroworks As a petrol car owner I am so happy with this news. My circumstances didn't justify a diesel or EV so I went with Petrol. But this hit will surely pinch the biggest manufacturer who were so outspoken in supporting the govt.

And in return?
More taxes. More charges. More burden on honest taxpayers.

@vigilante_monk So even if testing was done and the pre e10 engines are mostly fine with e20 (except earlier wearout of rubber parts etc), these cars would still have survived had the fuel not been adulterated.
But it's now e20 + adulteration and phase seperation due to which water is going in.

@vigilante_monk I don't think E20 is the issue for the mechanical issues we are facing. Yes the mileage drop is quite visible but the issues cropping up has more to do so with phase seperation which is due to bunkers and logistical errors which they didn't even think about before e20 rollout.
