My water purifier hasn’t worked for 10 days despite raising Service Request ID 01072542471479. When I called the SM mob no 7002774870, he was shouting and rudely, replying , “Do whatever you want.” This behavior is unacceptable. I will file a consumer complaint.

Team AirIndia, from last 1:30 hrs we have been inside flight AI 889.. It seems Stretcher is getting installed. Ideally this should have been done earlier.. Why after boarding passages inside the flight. What kind of approach is this ?? My PNR 3IW7UV.

@goairlinesindia please find the details . Goair cancelled the flight on 22nd Mar before lockdown . Next day on 23rd mar i had to book on Indigo, which took off . This is goair initiated cancellation and 3days prior to lockdown. Please refund the amount . Looping DGCA @DGCAIndia

@goairlinesindia @DGCAIndia Hi, this flight was cancelled by goAir only . It was not initiated by me. Also this was prior to lockdown. Next day I booked on indigo and the flight taken off on time . You can’t hold the refund. It was prior lockdown and initiated by goair .

@Snapdeal_Help In digital world you need so much of time to Co ordinate with your internal team ! At least a call to customer with the latest status update is expected ! You really had to work lot on customer service .
May I know a timeline for simple solution .
