@AshwiniVaishnaw @AshwiniVaishnaw, please IRCTC has no response on the issue after the intial reply that the dicision is by Zonal Rail office and IRCTC has no stake in it. I had requested the customer support email id of Zonal Rail office to bring the issue to their notice, but did not recieve.

@AshwiniVaishnaw Although there was response of IRCTC after my X last time on raising the issue, but no resolution. After DM, I am sent that no refund as I had started my journey. So how am I supposed to know that the train will get diverted and I should not travel?

@IRCTCofficial Status says it is closed as the passenger has travelled. Ofcourse the passenger has travelled as the train was diverted midway without any prior information. This left the passenger stranded at a platform much before the destination and had to face harrasement, may look into
