India really needs a proper full service airline because nobody in their right mind should fly @airindia . They've been a disaster both ways (del-dxb-del) - rude, inefficient, bad food and just bad service. And they do nothing to help.

Now to come to @airindia and their sheer inefficiency and absolute disregard for passengers. I mistakenly left my passport at the Cashier Counter at Counter A at the Air India check-in at @DelhiAirport . Of course I panicked, ran helter-skelter.

It is amazing to see @airindia manage to fly all these years with such incompetent, ridiculous staff. It’s just bizarre if this is their level of customer support. I primarily fly @airindia but I really wish something else appears soon so that I dont have to fly them ever.

The CISF officer asked the guy at the counter why he hadn’t reported it and his response was…” I told someone that someone left their passport here”. That’s it. No sense of urgency, no sign of asisstance or help that a passenger has lost their passport and might be in trouble.

Absolutely amazed and so grateful for the support of the CIW staff at the @DelhiAirport. I LOST my passport inside the airport and of course panicked. But the CISF staff was so wonderful, patient and found my passport within minutes.

What was that thing about "indigo standard time"? Almost an hour delayed to get into Bangalore. My mum's flight last week to Calcutta was delayed by an hour. So @IndiGo6E is going the same way as the others? Pity, the one thing that worked for them was time. Not anymore.

@MasalaBai So sorry you had to go through this but no this isn't normal. I can dm you a super good psych if you want. Also be careful of medication because a good psych will usually run a full battery of blood tests etc to see all levels before they prescribe any medicines.
