As we have had some rain in the hinterland, fungi and slime mould are out in abundance at the moment. I found these all within about 10 mtrs. So delicate and small.

This is some gooey moss/lichin type growth I came across today at the creek. I am hoping to get identification from some lovely enthusiasts. I found it interesting so thought I'd capture a few different shots of it.
The hills are alive with fungi after some much needed rain. I went for a walk in the forest today just after it stopped raining and discovered these beautiful specimens!
