Being in a healthy relationship really taught me there's no such thing as 'that's just the way I am'. When you truly love someone you work on those toxic traits, you learn to communicate, you actively listen to each others thoughts & feelings – you adjust, grow & heal together.
Intimacy is more than just sex. It's having heart-to-hearts, going on dates, sharing childhood memories, thoughts, feelings, fears, dreams, and hopes for the future. It's uncontrollable laughter, direct eye contact and feeling each other without touching - it's exchanging energy.
And the same goes for the ladies, men hardly speak on what’s bothering them so when they do listen and act how you would want them to act when you voice what’s bothering you. Respect goes both ways. Don’t make things one sided.
