@82_steve @bellapittaway They have to constantly dredge the Murray mouth every day just to keep it open. Coorong Council has had to get drought relief. The end of the river isn't the lush, thriving oasis it's been misrepresented as by interstate opportunists.

Interesting water politics, the NSW government has just announced they want the barrier stopping sea water coming into the Murray system removed, this will mean the water extraction point for over 1 million South Australians may become unusable for drinking water. #auspol
