we'll lick jelly off spoons
eat raw cookie dough
take off all our clothes
and jump in the lake
forget about heartache
and sickness and death

we won't hear the clock tick
we'll giggle and dance
find dragons in clouds
and laugh at bad jokes

won't cost us a thing
but a few daylight hours
and if you insist
when the skeeters come out
pull on our grownup hoodies
and go home smiling

You’re telling me that the Trump DOJ has selectively released binders of Epstein-related documents exclusively to right-wing social media influencers, while completely bypassing the American public? No press release, no public disclosure, just hand-delivered to the very people most invested in controlling the narrative?

Are we seriously turning a case involving child sex trafficking and real victims into some grotesque partisan reality show? These weren’t characters in a political drama, they were actual human beings who suffered at the hands of one of the most notorious predators in modern history. And now, instead of transparency and justice, we’re getting a carefully curated information drip designed for maximum political spin?

It’s disgusting. It’s cynical. And it’s exactly what you’d expect from an administration that treats justice like a tool for propaganda rather than the pursuit of truth.
