@Ghost_RC_@Arifromanhattan@Boyzeee7 that's the problem... soccer players do a lot more top speed than basketball players in a game for obvious reasons. Again Short Burst X Endurance. Need see both rested and jst one run to see which is which, right?
@Ghost_RC_@Arifromanhattan@Boyzeee7 I think what u mean is: basketball players have the best sport body coordination of all sports and that might be true because they rely heavily deceleration, agility, and change-of-direction quickness that u dont see in any other sport played in large groups.
@Ghost_RC_@Arifromanhattan@Boyzeee7 Show me the statistics of a basketball player faster than a soccer player... Russell Westbrook, one of the fastest got 20 miles per hour... this is the average wingers and strikers in soccer
@Arifromanhattan@Ghost_RC_@Boyzeee7 U said that they were better athletes in all metrics, i said wrong. All metrics also means endurance and top speed which basketball players will never match soccer players because the characteristics of the game itself. Period. This ll not change.
@Ghost_RC_@Boyzeee7@Arifromanhattan Never and u can bring all of them.. They ll lose to soccer average player easily and in 90 minutes too... Soccer players ll lose in short burst of sprint and jumping...top speed and endurance, there is no debate
@Ghost_RC_@Boyzeee7@Arifromanhattan De'Aaron Fox (Spurs) has been clocked at a top speed of 18.6 miles per hour (approx. 30 km/h). Tottenham Hotspur defender Micky van de Ven recorded a blistering top speed of 23.23 miles per hour (37.38 km/h).
@Ghost_RC_@Boyzeee7@Arifromanhattan It is widely considered more difficult because you must perform much more skill sets under much more time and space. And u cant bench players as u do in basketball al the time... Soccer is jst 3 or 5 and that's it.
@Ghost_RC_@Boyzeee7@Arifromanhattan Soccer burns more cal, 246 cal in 30 minutes and 492 per hour, compared to Basketball's 228 cal in 30 minutes and 457 per hour. Soccer has a MET value of 7.0, while Basketball has a MET value of 6.5. There is no debate.
@Ghost_RC_@Boyzeee7@Arifromanhattan Wrong. Professional soccer players typically run between 6 and 8 miles during a standard 90-minute match. An average basketball player runs between 2 to 3 miles (3.2 to 4.8 km) per game.
