The future of humanity can never be hyped.

We live in unprecedented times, with a technology growing at unprecedented speed.

This is the Age of AI.

My fears arise when I think of Legislative incompetence in Washington and the avarice of tech lords.

And even darker, of an Artificial Sentience that is seemingly all-knowing—and a young teenager.

But I worry we’ll get the technology to build like this, and lose the part of us that wanted to.

When perchance I dream of the future, AI is ever present and all seeing without the need for a some huge Tolkienesque Eye.
